Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Business Development, Sales or a similar role in the resourcing service industry.
  • Track record of successful business development and sales achievements.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with resourcing services industry and its dynamics.

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

  • Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers over the phone.
  • He/she will engage with potential customers, provide information about products or services, address inquiries, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products or services.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or in a similar network operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies, such as SNMP monitoring systems, packet analysers, etc.
  • Familiarity with network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
