Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Building sales team via the implementation of headquarters employment standards
  • Training and providing guidance to new employees on industry, trade and product knowledge.
  • Guide staff to carry out market and MT analysis, review analysis reports and cooperate with headquarters to screen and search for target customers.
  • Support staff in customer relations and ensure that sales target is achieved through negotiations and complete business closed loop.
  • Drive employees to complete OKR tasks and KPI indicators.
  • Review reports from headquarters to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share.

Requirements

  • MBA / BA Degree in Strategic Marketing, Accounting, and Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a sales management role, and previous experience in the Chemical industry will be an advantage.
  • Should possess basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information
  • Must have a proven sales record
  • Must be persuasive and goal-oriented.

Remuneration Package
N190,000 – N250,000 Monthly + Commission + Performance Salary.
