- Are you a recent graduate with a passion for architecture and a creative mindset? We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to develop innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
- Assist in creating detailed design drawings, 3D models, and presentations for various projects.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and best practices to support design development.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and contributing to design discussions.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and construction drawings under the guidance of experienced architects.
- Support the coordination of project activities with other engineering and design disciplines.
- Attend site visits to observe construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Contribute to the implementation of sustainable and environmentally conscious design principles.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in architecture and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing academic projects and design work is highly desirable.
