Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate & resourceful Production & Quality Control Manager with a fast-paced, quick-service background to manage our busy facility day-to-day.

Responsibilities (including & not limited to)
- Ensuring the correct items ordered leaves the kitchen.
- Ensuring portioningand packaging is kept at a standard.
- Ensuring meals are produced as quickly as possible by the kitchen.
- Ensuring consistency is maintained for recipes to keep taste constant at scale.
- Ensuring communication between customers & kitchen is seamless & requests are made appropriately.
- Researching & implementing ways to make production more efficient & seamless while keeping quality high/ consistent.
- To meet and exceed targets & KPIs (we are a data-driven company)
- Regular meetings with other senior management regarding production process improvements
- Effectively reduce wastage from negligence& customer complaints on forgotten items.
Preferred Experience & Requirements
- Three (3) years + of experience managing quality assurance for quick-service restaurants or commercial food production facilities is highly desirable.
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker
- Tech-savvy (good with smartphone use & prompt responses)
- Resourceful
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- People skills
- Customer-orientated
- Excellent communication – Fluent English (written & oral).

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly (Negotiable)
