About the Program
- Our Management Trainee Program is a 6-month intensive experience designed to provide a robust foundation for smart Graduates who desire to build careers in different functions within the marketing space.
- The program combines on the job, classroom, and soft skills training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge required to succeed in Octoplus Marketing
- An offer of full-time employment with Octoplus Marketing is guaranteed for candidates who successfully scale through the Management Trainee Program.
Job Responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve:
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participating in meetings, brainstorms, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Preparing documents and updating records.
- Rotation within different unit s and participating in daily operations as required.
Requirements
- B.Sc from a reputable institution with at least a Second Class Upper (2.1) Degree in Social Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field from any recognized Institution.
- Be between the ages of 19 – 25 years.
- 0 – 1 year work experience.
- Must be opened to learning and sharing ideas.
