Front Desk Administrator at a 24/7 Online Food Delivery Services Company

Job Description

  • We are looking for a friendly, passionate & experienced front desk admin with a fast-paced customer service background to manage our company reception.
  • This job is technical and involves interacting with dispatch riders (mainly) as well as walk-in customers & all other staff.

About this Role

  • You will be working as a member of the customer service team alongside a very creative & diverse team.
  • This role involves confirming payments & ensuring that orders are dispatched correctly through manual verification.
  • Ensuring correct dispatch of 200+ orders daily
  • Welcoming and interacting with riders & walk-in customers
  • Ensuring the front desk is welcoming & inviting
  • Ensuring support is given when needed at the front desk (riders, walk-in customers, other staff, etc.)
  • Confirming payments via WhatsApp & SMS
  • Documenting feedback & complaints from riders & customers
  • Suggesting solutions to complaints & feedback relating to the front desk/ customer service.
  • Comforting riders & customers when issues arise
  • Ensuring riders & walk-in customers are treated well at company standard.

Preferred Experience & Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer service/ receptionist roles
  • Experienced with high pressure/ fast-paced operations
  • Experienced with customer service
  • Excellent & fluent communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Tech-savvy & computer literate (word/ excel, etc).
  • Good with people management, time management & working without supervision.
