Customer Care Officer at an Online Food Company

Job Description:

  • Take orders and provide outstanding Customer Service through positive and professional interaction with prospects and Customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or via our website
  • Accurately process transactions via Point-of-Sale systems
  • Accurately and promptly pass orders to the kitchen for processing
  • Make sure every item ordered is complete before handing to dispatchers
  • Communicate with Customers from the point of taking their orders till delivery
  • Always attendto customers’ needs and complaints in regards to their orders in polite manners.
  • Actively listen to callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers as needed
  • Buildlong lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on professionalism, trust and reliability
  • Makesales or recommendation of other items or new items on our Menu that customers might be not be aware of to increase sales
  • Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills
  • Have the ability to work at Night and weekends
  • Be ready to assist other members of staff in their duties when the need arises
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualification: HND / OND / BA / BSc qualification
  • Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience
