Job Description:
- Take orders and provide outstanding Customer Service through positive and professional interaction with prospects and Customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or via our website
- Accurately process transactions via Point-of-Sale systems
- Accurately and promptly pass orders to the kitchen for processing
- Make sure every item ordered is complete before handing to dispatchers
- Communicate with Customers from the point of taking their orders till delivery
- Always attendto customers’ needs and complaints in regards to their orders in polite manners.
- Actively listen to callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers as needed
- Buildlong lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on professionalism, trust and reliability
- Makesales or recommendation of other items or new items on our Menu that customers might be not be aware of to increase sales
- Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Have the ability to work at Night and weekends
- Be ready to assist other members of staff in their duties when the need arises
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Qualification: HND / OND / BA / BSc qualification
- Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience
