The scholarship is intended for High School Students who are now enrolled or plan to enrol in a licensed two-year college, vocational, technical school, or other recognized technical institute in the United States.

They also acknowledge that the video may be used for promotional purposes by the mikeroweWORKS Foundation and its scholarship sponsors in the future.
