Job Brief

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing trends and techniques, as well as a passion for leveraging digital channels to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Plan, execute, and measure online marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display ads, and social media promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives that support product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Utilize email marketing tools to design and execute effective email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices, tools, and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
